Job Description

Cortina is hiring a Marketing Manager to define and build our market strategies to boost Cortina’s awareness as a leading eCommerce enablement provider. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with our sales, product management, operations, customer success, and external teams.


What You'll Do

As a Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute Cortina’s overall go-to-market strategy, including target customer segmentation, positioning and pricing
  • Evaluate market opportunities and create target customer profiles by staying current with client and market trends and through partnership with the Product Management and Sales teams
  • Create and deliver sales and customer success programs – including email, SEO/SEM and online digital strategies – to support both the sales and onboarding processes of the platform
  • Partner with leadership in building offline awareness through conferences and events
  • Develop and coordinate launch plans to execute a regular cadence of platform-wide market launches
  • Work with technical and functional specialists in order to understand our platforms as well as any new solutions on the roadmap, mapping key strengths and capabilities to market requirements
  • Build communication and positioning that clearly represents and articulates Cortina’s unique offerings and expansion opportunities for eCommerce platforms
  • Build illustrative narratives and visual presentations that demonstrate the quality and differentiation of a platform’s success after being integrated with Cortina


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience working and collaborating in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
  • Experience with and understanding of eCommerce software
  • Proven track record of go-to-market strategies, planning and executing product launches, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with the team
  • Deep understanding and some technical knowledge of SaaS
  • Proven history of revenue growth for both new and mature products and services
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to a broad audience, in simple and compelling terms
